I have trained several horses to FEI levels. Many horses that have been in
my training program went on to win at International levels, including the
World Equestrian Games and one went on to be a candidate for the
Olympics. I am known for the strong foundation I put on horses while
keeping them content in their work. This allows for a seamless transition
to Grand Prix.
A few of my accomplishments:
Cincinnati: Bought as a 2 year old. Trained to Grand Prix. Sold to Cesar
Parra's Sponsor who stated "He is a dream horse", "I assume a lot of your
character shines through him" and "I cannot imagine a horse with his
talent, kindness, sense of humor and gentleness".
Blue Hors Cavan: Trained to Prix St Georges at age 7. Competed him to
M-level with scores in the 70's. Won Danish Championship at M level on
him at age 6. Per a previously arranged agreement with Blue Hors, Lars
Petersen went on to train and compete him Internationally winning
Reserve Champion at the World Cup Finals. He qualified for the Olympic
team and was Ranked 2nd in the World for 2 years.
Success: Trained to Prix St Georges. Competed him through M Level
with scores in the 70's. At 7 years of age, Lars Petersen took over the
reins and went on to compete him in Grand Prix. He unfortunately had to
withdraw from being a candidate for the Olympic team due to logistics.
Blue Hors Melville: Trained and competed successfully through M Level.
Sold to Pam Goodrich who trained and successfully competed him to
Grand Prix.
Blue Hors Silvermoon: Trained and competed through M level. Won
Selection Trail for 6 year olds on him.
Shumacker Solyst: Trained and competed from M level to I-1 with scores
in the 70's. Sold to Melissa Taylor who now trains with Lars Petersen and
competes him at Grand Prix.
Montana: Trained and competed to Prix St Georges with scores in the
70's. Reserve Champion Danish National Young Horse Championship.
Sold to a Young Rider.
Blue Hors Tristan: Trained through M-Level. Qualified him for World
Championship for 6 year olds. Sold to Switzerland.
